No. 2937 to facilitate rezoning of the properties in the Suter Brook Village neighborhood from General Industrial (M2) and Acreage Reserve (A1) to Comprehensive Development Zone 92 (CD92).

No. 2937 to accommodate Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) as prescribed by Bill 44.


Bylaw No. 3465, a bylaw to designate Transit-Oriented Areas in Port Moody as prescribed by Bill 47.

    THAT City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 94, 2024, No. 3460 (SSMUH) and City of Port Moody Transit-Oriented Areas Designation Bylaw, 2024, No. 3465 be now adopted as recommended in the memo dated June 25, 2024, from the Legislative Services Division regarding Province’s Local Government Housing Initiatives – Bylaw No. 3460 (SSMUH) and Transit-Oriented Areas Designation Bylaw No. 3465 – Adoption.

The statutory requirements for not holding a public hearing were met in accordance with s. 464(2) of the Local Government Act.
