    THAT the Transportation Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance Service Improvement Strategy be endorsed by Council as recommended in the report dated November 14, 2023, from the Engineering and Operations Department – Operations Division regarding Transportation Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance Service Improvement Strategy;

    AND THAT staff be directed to implement the action plan items as priorities allow, including incorporating budgetary impacts into future draft Five-Year Financial Plans for consideration.
