If referred from the Public Hearing to be held on October 5, 2021.

Bylaw No. 3318, a Bylaw to amend City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018,
No. 2937 to allow for a small lot subdivision at 2330 Henry Street.

• Recommendation(s):

  
  THAT City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 57, 2021, No. 3318 (2330 Henry Street) (RS1-S) be now read a third time as recommended in the memo dated September 27, 2021 from the Legislative Services Division regarding Rezoning (RS1-S) – 2330 Henry Street (Bhalla) – Third Reading and Adoption;

  AND THAT Bylaw No. 3318 be now adopted.
