THAT City of Port Moody Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2014, No. 2955, Amendment Bylaw No. 28, 2021, No. 3286 (Lot 1 NW15859 First Avenue) and City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 47, 2021, No. 3287 (Lot 1 NW15859 First Avenue) (P2) be read a third time as recommended in the memo dated February 12, 2021 from the Legislative Services Division regarding OCP and Rezoning Application – 1790 Ioco Road and Lot 1 First Avenue – Third Reading, Adoption, and DVP;
AND THAT City of Port Moody Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2014, No. 2955, Amendment Bylaw No. 28, 2021, No. 3286 (Lot 1 NW15859 First Avenue) and City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937, Amendment Bylaw No. 47, 2021, No. 3287 (Lot 1 NW15859 First Avenue) (P2) be now adopted;
AND THAT Development Variance Permit 3090-20-143, to defer the requirements of the Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw, be authorized;
AND THAT the Mayor and Corporate Officer be authorized to execute the necessary legal documents required in support of this application.
