    THAT the report dated September 1, 2021 from the Community Development Department – Policy Planning Division regarding Port Moody 2050 Official Community Plan Update – Community Survey #3 – Land Use Scenarios be received for information;

    AND THAT an opportunity for Council to provide feedback on the land use scenarios be provided on September 28, 2021.

    THAT the requirement to refer Temporary Use Permit 3080-20-13 to the Land Use Committee be waived as recommended in the memo dated July 7, 2021 from the Community Development Department – Development Planning Division regarding Temporary Use Permit – 3015-3093 Murray Street (Mosaic Homes);

    AND THAT Temporary Use Permit 3080-20-13 be authorized;

    AND THAT the Mayor and Corporate Officer be authorized to execute the necessary legal documents required in support of this application.

    THAT the City of Port Moody Housing Needs Report be received as recommended in the report dated August 9, 2021 from the Community Development Department – Policy Planning Division regarding
    City of Port Moody Housing Needs Report;

    AND THAT staff be directed to report back with a scope of work, budget, and timeline to complete a Housing Action Plan informed by the results of the Housing Needs Report.

    THAT staff be directed to submit an application to the FCM-CBR GHG Reduction Pathway Feasibility Study and Community Building Monitoring and Analysis Grant as recommended in the report dated August 27, 2021 from the Community Development Department – Policy Planning Division regarding FCM Community Buildings Retrofit Funding Opportunities;

    AND THAT $10,000 be approved in the 2022 capital budget for the continuation of the Building Optimization for Civic Facilities project.
