    THAT the minutes of the following meetings be adopted:

    • Special Council (FC-COTW) – September 20, 2022;
    • Special Council (to Close) – September 27, 2022; and
    • Regular Council – September 27, 2022.

Note: Council may adopt in one motion all recommendations appearing on the Consent Agenda or, prior to the vote, request that an item be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed in section 6 for debate or discussion, voting in opposition to a recommendation, or declaring a conflict of interest with an item.

    City of Port Moody Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw, 2022, No. 3380 be now adopted as recommended in the memo dated September 28, 2022 from the Legislative Services Division regarding 2023 Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw – Adoption.

    THAT
    City of Port Moody Fees Bylaw, 2021, No. 3327, Amendment Bylaw
    No. 6, 2022, No. 3377 be now adopted as recommended in the memo dated September 28, 2022 from the Legislative Services Division regarding Housekeeping Updates to the Fees Bylaw – Adoption.

Consideration of Development Variance Permit (DVP00010) – 111 Jacobs Road (Arben Durmishaj) has been postponed until November 22, 2022.

    THAT City of Port Moody Sign Bylaw, 1998, No. 2403, Amendment Bylaw
    No. 11, 2022, No. 3382 be read a first, second, and third time as recommended in the report dated September 28, 2022 from the General Manager of Engineering and Operations regarding Sign Bylaw Amendment – Digital Billboards.

Report: Community Development Department – Development Planning Division, dated September 28, 2022

  • Recommendation(s):


    THAT City of Port Moody Housing Agreement Bylaw, 2022, No. 3379
    (1142 Cecile Drive and 300 Angela Drive) (Rental Available) be now adopted as recommended in the report dated September 28, 2022 from the Community Development Department – Development Planning Division regarding Development Approval – Woodland Park Phase 2 (Acton Ostry Architects);

    AND THAT Development Permit No. DP000037 be authorized for issuance;

    AND THAT the Mayor and Corporate Officer be authorized to execute the necessary legal documents required in support of this application.
