  • Recommendation(s):


    THAT the Lower Suter Brook Creek Enhancement project proposal be approved and that the project be designated as Priority Level 3 in the Council Strategic Plan;

    AND THAT staff apply to Infrastructure Canada’s Natural Infrastructure Fund to seek funding to support this project as recommended in the report dated September 9, 2022 from Community Services Department – Environment Division regarding Grant Application to Infrastructure Canada for Lower Suter Brook Creek Enhancement.

    THAT all committee meetings scheduled between October 31 and December 31, 2022, with the exception of the Advisory Design Panel, the Board of Variance, the Library Board, and the Youth Focus Committee, be cancelled as recommended in the memo dated September 12, 2022 from the Legislative Services Division regarding Post-Election Committee Meetings;

    AND THAT all existing committee appointments, with the exception of the Advisory Design Panel, the Board of Variance, the Library Board, and the Youth Focus Committee, be terminated on October 31, 2022;
