THAT staff be directed to formalize on a trial basis the proposed draft rules and signage to be used to manage public use of the private sidewalk providing access through the Heritage Peak Strata property to the public trail system as outlined in the memo dated October 13, 2021 from the Community Development Department – Policy Planning Division regarding Heritage Peak Gates;

AND THAT staff report back on the impact of these rules following the trial period.
